FireFunded ("FireFunded," "we," "us," or "our") is a service operated by Arbor Portfolio Management, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the FireFunded website and application (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
- Department information: the information you provide about your fire or EMS department — such as department name, type, location, size, equipment, call volume, and other details you enter to build your department profile and find grants you may qualify for.
- Application content: information you enter into grant applications, worksheets, and related materials within the Service.
- Payment information: if you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
- Usage information: basic technical information automatically collected when you use the Service, such as log data and general usage activity.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- match your department with grant opportunities and assess eligibility and competitiveness;
- help you prepare grant applications and related materials;
- communicate with you about your account, your applications, and the Service (including deadline and grant alerts you have opted into);
- process payments for paid plans; and
- comply with legal obligations.
To help prepare application content, the Service uses third-party artificial-intelligence tools to generate draft text based on the information you provide. AI-generated content is a draft for your review and verification; you are responsible for confirming the accuracy of all information before submitting any application.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information or your department's information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor, email provider, and AI provider), and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us at customerservice@firefunded.com.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
- You may access and update your account and department information within the Service.
- You may opt out of non-essential communications.
- You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at customerservice@firefunded.com.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by fire and EMS departments and their authorized personnel, not by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
